Supplements, advice, patience – none of it was doing the job.

As a South African in peri-menopause – we are barely spoken to and poorly supported. So I built what I couldn’t find. I stopped looking and started building.

After a life-time career in corporate retail buying, I did what we always do: investigated, researched and strategized to build something different. Something real. That works.
